Heavy machinery moving specialists, Merritts have invested in a new website as part of a proactive online marketing strategy.
Whilst the majority of our projects are carried out for machinery manufacturers, dealers and distributors who need a trusted partner to safely and quickly deliver high value equipment to their customers, there are also production and operations directors who are embarking on factory moves and relocation projects that need expert help lifting, moving and transporting machinery.
To reflect this, Merritts has invested in a new website and appointed a team of marketing experts to help raise our online profile. This has included a new website, increased social media presence and more sophisticated use of email marketing.
The new website is far easier to navigate, is more succinct in explaining how Merritts can add value by ensuring heavy machinery moving projects are actioned safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation, in a cost effective and time efficient manner that impacts as little as possible on production down-time.

We wanted to update our website and ensure it was developed using technology that can be searched and ranked by Google and be more visible to those who are searching for a company who can help them with a heavy machinery moving project.”
The company recently appointed Simple Marketing Consultancy who have been providing strategic marketing advice and assisting with the implementation of ongoing tactical activity. The website was designed and developed by Sheffield based website specialists So Digital Communications Ltd.
