Merritts have announced a £1.45 million business investment from the Santander banking group, after a strong period of growth in 2013.
The funding will be used to improve the infrastructure at the family business and will include the acquisition of eight new members of staff and further additions to the companies fleet.
Merritts recently announced the new financial agreement, as well as the future plans for the business, to reporters at the Nottingham Evening Post.
