We aim to operate as an extension of your business; demonstrating to your clients a professional image and a superior level of customer service.  Where required your allocated account manager will conduct a site visit to pre-plan more complex installations before submitting a quotation in line with your preferred pricing policy; agreed rates, competitive tendering, open book...

Merritts' technical team will invest time in developing in depth product knowledge of your range of machines to establish most suitable methods of lifting, transport and installation.

If required machines can be stored as an interim measure in Merritts' industrial machine storage and warehousing facilities ready for dispatch to the customer on your instruction.
